Real Rome Tours group tours can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the walk with a full refund of the deposit paid. Within 48 hours all reservations are final and cannot be refunded. Walks are held rain or shine with some variations to accommodate the weather*.

 If you are running late for your tour, we ask that you call to alert us so that we can relay the message to the tour leader. No shows are treated as last-minute cancelations and are non-refundable. 

Cancellations within two business days need to be made directly with our local office by telephone (see the numbers below). Cancellations made via email may not be honored.

*If you find are unable to attend a pre-booked tour less than 48 hours prior to the tour, please do contact us as we will do our best to switch your booking (and deposit) to another tour.  Also, since places on our Small Group Tours are limited, if you cancel in time we can accommodate others who would like to join.
