If you have booked your tour through a third party distributor, please contact them directly to cancel or rebook your tour.
To cancel your booking, please contact our Customer Care team by email.
You may cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the tour for a full refund of your tour fee.
There is no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to tour departure.
Please allow up to 4 business days for your refund to be returned via the payment method provided at time of booking.
Please note that when you book a private tour with us we often have to purchase entrance tickets to sites included on the tour, on your behalf. On occasion these tickets may be non-refundable or non-transferable, meaning that we will have spent money on tickets for you, that we will not get back.
In such cases, the non-refundable tickets will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you if you cancel your tour. We will send you the tickets you have booked, as you will have paid for them.
