Our goal is to be fair and flexible where we can, while also covering the real costs we incur (especially name-specific, timed-entry tickets and any pre-booked services).
Tickets and third-party costs
Many Rome attractions now use timed, name-specific tickets (Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Pantheon, etc.).
Once tickets and reservations have been issued in your name, those costs are non-refundable and non-transferable, and we cannot refund that portion of your booking.
Any payment processing fees or bank charges that can’t be recovered may also be non-refundable.
Standard tours booked via our website
The terms below apply to the tour service fee only (guiding and tour management), and do not include any non-refundable ticket/reservation costs.

Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour start time: a 10% cancellation fee applies (you receive a 90% refund of the tour service fee)

Cancellation up to 7 days before the tour start time: a 25% cancellation fee applies (you receive a 75% refund of the tour service fee)

Cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour start time: a 50% cancellation fee applies (you receive a 50% refund of the tour service fee)

Cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time: an 80% cancellation fee applies (you receive a 20% refund of the tour service fee)

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or no-show: a 90% cancellation fee applies (you receive a 10% refund of the tour service fee)
Custom tours and multi-day itineraries
Custom itineraries involve planning time and often include multiple reservations, suppliers, and ticketed entries.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a custom itinerary booking.

The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 30 days before your first tour date.
Refunds of the 70% final payment are as follows:

Cancellation more than 7 days before the first tour date: 75% refund of the 70% final payment

Cancellation between 72 hours and 7 days before the first tour date: 50% refund of the 70% final payment

Cancellation between 24 and 72 hours before the first tour date: 25% refund of the 70% final payment

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the first tour date: 10% refund of the 70% final payment
If your itinerary includes a private driver/vehicle or other pre-booked services, supplier cancellation terms may apply. Where relevant, we’ll always outline any additional non-refundable costs clearly in your confirmation.
How to cancel
To cancel, please reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll confirm the refundable/non-refundable portions based on what has already been purchased/issued.
