Where do we meet at Civitavecchia port?
We’ll confirm the exact meeting point after you book, based on your ship and terminal. Typically, the driver meets just outside the terminal exit in the port area.
Why is pick-up sometimes scheduled after docking time?
Docking time is not the same as being ready to walk off the ship. We schedule pick-up to match realistic disembarkation timing, so you’re not rushing and the driver isn’t waiting unnecessarily.
What if the ship docks late or there are delays?
No problem — we plan around real-world timing. If your docking or disembarkation is delayed, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll adjust.
Where do we meet at the airport?
For airport pick-ups, the driver meets you at arrivals. We’ll confirm the exact meeting instructions after booking.
Do you track flight delays?
Yes. If your flight is delayed, your pick-up time adjusts accordingly. (If your airline changes the flight number, please message us.)
What vehicle do you use?

Can we bring luggage?

How do we book and pay?
You submit a booking request online. Once we accept and confirm it, your card is charged and you receive a confirmation email.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Within 24 hours, or no-shows, are charged at 100%.
